Thursday 2/26/15

1st Block English:  -RED FOLDER:
-Listen to morning Announcements and Pledge.  Take attendance:  Class rosters are located in
 BLACK binder. Call Alisa Zwilling ext. 233 to report absences.
-Take students to cafeteria for breakfast
-Thursday Week 5 Daily Paragraph Editing :  read aloud, give students time to edit, go over
 correct answers.
-Unit 4 Vocab Book:  complete p. 55-56 Choosing the Right Word together with class
-The Outsiders:  Literary Skills Setting & Mood ws 19-21, Conflict ws 23-24
-Extra:  Quizlet Review:  Unit 4 Vocab Words and The Outsiders Ch 3-4 Voc Words

2nd Block Community Workshop:
-Students will check in for attendance and fill out time sheets
-They will ride a bus to their volunteer community job sites:  Destiny-Helia Arch, Nick-SKS-USA
  Adrian-Charleston Ink, Richard-Master's Hands, Morgan-Small Blessings, Jax-Olney Public Library
-Feel free to visit a highlighted business!

3rd Block Science -YELLOW FOLDER
-Students complete daily jobs that are posted on refrigerator (reminder to wash hands!)

5th Block Guided Study and Home Room
-Students will work 30 minutes on a computer intervention
-Once everyone has logged into their intervention program set a 30 minute time.  If they work the
 entire 30 minutes they can have the remainder as free time.
-They know to work on either math or reading.  Passwords are located in green 5th block folder
  if students have "forgotten"!
